Peace & Quiet (Yellow-Sided Green Cheek Conures, brother and sister). They are my babies whom I love very much and they are such a blessing.

Saw this a couple of days ago and wondering if it's all good with my baby Qui Qui. She is doing better after losing her brother back in early March - but I still have moments of concern for her. I noticed a patch of her feathers gone recently and didn't know what was up or how long it takes to grow them back

It looks like normal 'yet extensive' molting.

Feather replacement places heavy loads a parrot's energy reserves, which is support by a healthy diet. So, how long to replace the feathers is relative to the overall health of your Parrot and its diet.

With Conures, they commonly replace body feathers fairly quickly, like within a couple of months.
