Safe houseplants for birds?

I have read here on these forums and a couple of other places that pothos is toxic for birds. Then I ran across this website listing pothos as safe for birds, List of Safe Plants for Your Bird. . Why would they say it is safe?

I don’t know why they’d say pothos is a safe houseplant. I’ve always avoided having that plant in my home and won’t be changing my mind. I think someone made a mistake.

As I recall, philodendrons in general are toxic plants.
(Yes, I see this is an old thread but a good opportunity to say “no!” Pothos is a toxic plant.)
