Does anyone know of a bird safe electric skillet?

long story short. My stepmother only has a 2 burner electric stove.
EZ enough to buy safe pots n pans but she frequently needs to use more than the two burners she has.
Her go to is an electric skillet that is most likely Teflon.
An extra hot plate/pan would not be acceptable.

Things not going well as far as … moving up North.
construction at a standstill

What about a ceramic electric skillet?

Or may be a stainless steel one.

I was looking at the ceramic skillets on Amazon.
that‘s how I was leaning

Think about the heating element. Its not just the cooking surface that needs to be safe.
