Roudybush expired date and to store it?

I optained a 4 kilo bag of roudybush mini palletts from a friend but expiry date is near coming may ...im keeping it in its original bag and in an airtight container..if past expiry date i keep it in fridge or in freezer ? And after i take it out from fridge or freezer i can feed it immediately or leave it a bit out for some hours becauce to towin and will be very cold?? And also i take 1 kilo only out from fridge,freezer ? Any suggestions pls?

I'd break it down into ziplocks with what you will use in a week. Freeze them and only defrost a weeks worth at a time.

Thanks alot i will do so! But how i defrost it i let them out evening before and than use them in the morning and continue feeding during that week?

I would transfer to the frig to let let the temp come up slow. Seems to make less condensation that way so they don't get soggy.
