ROSE BREASTED COCKATOO OR GAHLA FOOD LIST, PELLETS, OTHER???

Hi, I'm getting a 5 month old gahla cocatoo. I haven had a parrot in about 7 years. So wanted to make sure this is correct. They get pellets all the time. I'm told Psittacus High Energy Daily Diet Pellet Food For Parrots – Quill & Roost parrot food. (Is there a safe automatic feeder I can purchase) I will only have 1 gahla, male rose breasted cockatoo, so I've been reading they also sell organic dehydrated mixes, I'm assuming fruit and veggies. I was just going to get this for day i may not have fresh available or in a pinch. I will also do fresh fruit and veggies. Just want to make sure I have all bases covered and have this before i get him. Also need list of all safe foods. I do know not to feed seeds from fruit or puts and skins. No chocolate, Avocado..... oh sorry 1 more question on a no need parrot feeder for in cage. Please need advice before I get him. Just want to make sure he's on the best diet for a long life.
