It's hard to believe I've only known you for a year and a half and it hurts this much. you were taken from us too soon. You were an amazing dog and a fantastic mother. you produced so many amazing puppies some of which went on to become service dogs and esas and are providing so much joy and freedom to the people that need them.

I remember I had just started working there and you weren't sure of me yet. You had gotten out of the yard and run into town. you didnt know me so you were afraid and didnt want to come to me but we eventually caught you and got to safely go home. We had time to grow to know each other and you quickly became my favorite. You greeted my everyday and cuddled with me when I spent the night.

3 years is too soon to be leaving this world but we know you are at peace now. Rest well my love.

It's been 2 weeks since this happened and it feels like it's been years. I still miss her. One of her daughters, Purple collar, is so much like her. We have a 1x1 play session every day before I leave work. I love her so much.

We got Trestle's ashes and pawprints back yesterday. It was hard but it's nice to have a piece of her now.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is so very hard to lose our loved ones.
Her daughter is beautiful, just like her mum. She reminds me of my dog, Bertie Bassett, who passed last year. He too used to sit so proudly whilst having his photograph taken.
Trestle will live on in your heart for always. Her puppies have a mum to be proud of.

I’m very sorry to hear about your dog that passed away. She was so incredibly beautiful! This is the hardest part of being on this forum is reading about the animals (family members) that pass away. There are no words for the heartbreak that comes with it. I hope you are doing okay, and that you take it easy.
