3 little busy Budgies
Just got him. He's 6 years old. Seems normal in every sense. Anyone seen this sort of beak movement before? Some sort of neurological disorder? Just a habit? Injury? He's very sweet by the way

Hm, it certainly looks a bit odd.
Does he have something in his mouth while doing it?
Or he just does it all the time?

It seems fidgety, though maybe he does an odd variation of beak grinding?

I hope your cutie is just being a silly bird.

Don't know though

Looks a little bit like one of my amazons.
He frequently looked like he was chewing on something.
Took a long time to figure out he was chewing on down feathers.
I don’t know if he would swallow them or spit them out.

this is normal he/she is fine....he's sorting out his/her bite. Completely ok and normal. It's not odd at all.

It looks like he's silently talking!

He does not have anything in his mouth, but I agree it might be just his way of beak grinding. I think it's cute I've never seen anything like it.
