Regurgitating

Hi guys can anyone tell me of this regurgitating is normal behavior between two different breeds? Maybe jess the ring neck just loves ruby the eclectus. Ruby is only 8 months old and jess is about 4 years old.

I think that since birds regurgitate for us, then it's completely normal
Jess and Ruby are gorgeous!
