Regurgitating?

Is this normal? My senegal does it for my husband. Thats his fav person. Still doesn't like me. Is there a way to stop it? I'm still new at this and learning. Oscar is doing well and adjusted just fine being here. He fights my husband sometimes to go back to his cage. He loves my hubby a lot. Thanks for any input.

my lovebird does it to me it probably means that it loves you husband very much and is trying to show its affection
