I'm told my one of my greys is male and the other female but I'm not sure which. Though I try to stop it, I notice that one often regergitates for the other and does a complete feeding. Can I use this to determine which bird is the male? It's always the same one doing the feeding (even though I stop it when I catch it) so I'm thinking that it must either be a gender thing or a personality thing.

I know both sexes regurgitate, but between birds does one do it more?

Birds of the same sex can and will regurgitate for each other. I've seen a female budgie head bob and regurgitate for another hen. Both adults and unrelated.

Best way to know their sex is to DNA sex them, although you can try visually sexing them. This method is not 100% reliable, but it seems to come pretty close. Please read the second page, too!
