Red tailed black too as pets

Hi all,
I am new to the forums and just have some questions about Red tailed black too's. i would be getting one in a year or two but just would like to know how noisy they are compared to a corella or galah? and how much attention do they need (I can give around 4 - 4.5 hours a day) BTW it'd be in an aviary
