hi.

there is a male lutino red rump for sale locally and i'm wondering if they make good pets?
i have read that they are hard to tame?

i wasn't sure what section to put this question as i don't know what kind of parrot they are?

Red rumps are Parakeets. I have noooo idea if the make good pets, as I have never owned one. You should do a whole bunch of research on the breed before you get it. Here are some links with some information!
