Parrots
We are looking for a bird for our family. It's very much like we are pregnant and waiting for the day the new addition comes to the family!
Just looking for stuff to read on the internet, to continue research. I'm drawn to amazons and macaws. I understand diet, but I'm really more interested in everything else....
Videos would be really great too, if you know any good trainers or anything on YouTube!
Thanks in advance for anyone that takes the time to suggest sites, blogs or what have you

This dude is really competent as a trainer.

and her [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=spO0pnttDAQ]Storm does all the talking - YouTube[/ame]

Take a look at their channels.

Omg that amazon is adorable

Parrots for Dummies is a very good read as a kind of catch all manual for parrot care. Good quality of writing, doesn't try to push a particular agenda on hot topics such as wing clipping or free flight, and it's a pretty hefty volume.

I have watched almost all the bird tricks, and read almost all her articles! She's Great! So envious of the life she must have! Lucky girl!
Thank you for the other suggestion!
