Re-purposed a toy!

This is my homemade "cheater" toy made from another toy that Sakura had more or less destroyed. I salvaged the cardboard tubes, mini-wreaths, and wood beads -- then re-strung everything and added the balsa cutouts (from the dollar store), plastic beads and some more shreddable things.

That toy looks like so much fun that I want to play with it:)
I got a bunch of those shapes the other day and haven't done anything with them yet - thanks for a great idea:)

I need to stock up on those balsa shapes! Hopefully the dollar store will still have them next time i go back. I don't know why I only bought two packs. They're great.
 
They are awesome...I got several packs of those as well as lots of the thin letters. They love those:)

I'd love to get my hands on such cool balsa wood (or any sfae wood for that matter) shapes!
