Hi can someone plse help me I have a 7wk old Indian ring neck it came out of the net but can't walk both legs are dragging behind it we have taken out as it looks like mum hasn't been feeding it could it be it has no energy

You try goggling "splayed leg in parrots " and see if that's your issue.
