I'm so sorry I don't have a video yet but I will try get one

My friend is owned by a 7 yr old budgie who talks very very well
so yesterday she's watching a chris Rock DVD ( you know the black comedian )
well later that evening she's taking a shower and her little budgie ( Steve) turns around and says

Mumma I'm gunna slap the black off of you

He had heard this only once on the DVD and had perfected it within a couple of hours

Just goes to prove once again budgies ain't dumb like everyone thinks
