Question on my B&G Macaw's Eyes

Maya and my other birds have saved my life in more ways than one. Just ovarall they keep me from being super depressed like i was growing up.

I could be wrong, but isn't 2 for a Macaw still a juvenile? Isn't Tab's Fargo around that age too and still has dark eyes? Tab if you see this

I heard they should be changed before 2... But every macaw is different

Fargo is 2 years annddd 7 months..

and this was a picture taken yesterday:



So still very dark compared to alot of other macaws.. He might just take a while longer to change, or he could stay darker forever like some do!
