Quaker noises question!

Hello all! I am new to Quakers and their noises. Just looking for some input on this little squeak and head shake. Good thing, bad thing? Seems to do it when I am near and talking to him

Preeeeetty sure it means he's super happy
My bird has done that a few times, and it was mostly when he was eating something good
Quaker parrots are named Quakers because of their 'quaking' motion when they are happy
Pretty sure that's what your bird is doing
Is your bird young? Is it not fully grown yet? My bird used to shake his head a lot when I was near him when I just got him. He was Quite young... maybe it's a similar trait in others?
