Parrots
Two Alexandrines
Two alexandrines, both have been rehomed. Their previous owner fed them a bad diet and clipped their feathers. I'm trying to get them to eat pellets but it isn't succeeding.

They're both very friendly and are adjusting to the new home (been 2 weeks). This one has been shivering whenever 'she?' isn't eating or munching on wooden sticks. The room they stay in the night is always very warm with a heater on (they are also in the sunlight most of the day) and there hasn't been a loss of appetite. The poops look fine as well. She also doesn't have much feathers under the wings, I can't say for sure if it's over plucking since there has been no feathers lying around. Might just be seasonal or molting?

What does this behavior mean? Both are supposed to be 8-10 months old and are very active during the day, they both demolish several wooden sticks a day. A vet visit isn't possible coming two weeks. Should I be concerned?
