So so sorry for your loss. He was a gorgeous friend, and we all know how much you cared for him and he cared for you.. you gave him a wonderful life and were there to see him off. You've done so well *hugs* My deepest sympathies

What a long and wonderful life that bird must have had. I remember when my old cat died. I was really sad, but then I remembered that she lived a very long time and I had her for almost 20 years. That length of time is very long and a long period of enjoyment and happiness.
