Potential Conure Owner looking for cage advice

Hi everyone,

I'm researching getting a conure and I want to make sure I start out properly, so hopefully I'll have the happiest little feathered friend I can have. I was looking at cages online today and saw one on ebay that I thought might be suitable. I've been browsing the forums here for a few days and thought it better if I came here and asked you far more experienced people!

Would this cage be OK for a GCC?
