Post pictures using iPad

Hello friends! It is possible to post pictures using your iPad or do you have to use a regular laptop computer? When I try to post a picture from my iPad it uploads upside down!!! Any suggestions?

Make sure your home button is on the right hand side and rotate/edit them accordingly before you upload them.
