Poppi's first chop mix

Took 16 bean mix which I soaked overnight, brown rice, red rice and long grain and sweet potato. Then frozen mixed veggies I added last minute to her bowl. She loves it..

Edit..looking at your mix, it does look like the beans are cooked, but this is something worth repeating, so many folks are unaware of what under, or uncooked beans will do! Let's just say, you would be properly prepped for a lower GI exam!
I have done this to the family, using a slow cooker set too low, beans cook, but toxin not destroyed.
