Please help, regurgitation issues

Hey all,
This Tuesday my conure had an episode where it looked like she tried to regurgitate but it was accompanied by little sneeze like noises and went on for about 10 min. I took her to the vet yesterday and they said she was fine. Unfortunately it happened again this morning. Can anyone help me identify if it is normal hormonal behavior? Are those sneezing noises normal with regurgitation? They happened multiple times while she was trying to regurgitate but she never got anything up. It happened right after she ate.

My conure sometimes does this to adjust his crop it makes a small clicky like sound that could sound similar to a sneeze.

Especially during spring then will proceed to try and feed his favorite toy
