please help for macaw eggs

Geeez! You can't even GIVE AWAY Hyacinth Macaws these days without people getting their panties in a bunch... I just wanted a good home for them. Honest! What, I was supposed to pay shipping, too?! Free birds aren't enough... ?!

I contacted one of the facebook pages and have been talking to them, asking how they can guarantee eggs or (very new born babies) shipping from CHINA! She only says that the babies are 100% guaranteed. 30-40 per egg for anything from palm cockatoos to hyacinths macaws. Heck I am surprised they didn't calm to have Spix's macaws! She asks no questions that have to do with the buyer's ability to care for the birds, only asks how do you want to pay? They will not tell me what company they use to ship or answer many questions on how they can guarantee the eggs or babies (well because I am sure there isn't any, at least we can be thankful for that)

This makes me almost as mad as bird flippers.

People do it because some will fall for it. A woman posted on FB yesterday in 4 sites. Her Aunt and Uncle are millionaire's and to busy in life so they are putting up there two Hyacinth Macaws for adoption. Just pay shipping. You would be shocked to see how many people posted private information asking this woman to call / mail them the information. At least 9 on one site that i could count . It only stayed up 4 minutes before Mod took it down but these people were PISSED because the mod removed it before they could contact the scammer lol Amazed

The amount of scam ads has alarmingly increased significantly!

I always try and tell folks that if it sounds too good to be true - it usually is.
