Please help beginer training a rosella!

Hi i have an eastern rosella parakeet called nolan, i can get him to feed from my hand and take a seed from between my fingers would like to be able to train him to come to me and to maybe fly from one person to another. I dont have any idea how to go about doing this any advice please. I would probably need a beginers guide lol. a lot of people say that they cant be trained but he is definetly warming to the idea of not pecking and comes much closer to you when out of the cage than he used to so i can see some small improvements.

no i dont know what it is i keep trying holding a piece of banana on my hand or arm but cant get him to fly and land on it. I have reacently got him to take it from my mouth. i think its just the case of building his confidence, i think they are quite timmid birds

Just done a little research on target training sounds realy interesting found a realy good article on this link Winged Wisdom Pet Bird Magazine - Targeting- Tool of a Clicker Trainer for Pet Birds explains it realy well will just have to find a suitable target and get started thanks for the suggestion will keep updating to let you know how nolan gets allong x
