First sorry for the poor quality, sound and the fact I cut it off in the middle.

So originally when my son started this I told him to stop. They were both doing airplane noises but I wasn't sure it was a good idea. However, when they stopped Buzz started doing his regurgitation so I'm guessing he must have liked it. Any reason they shouldn't do this? They also do a version where Buzz sits on his hand and flaps his wings the whole time.

I love this! I love how well Buzz is able to be handled too.

I have done the same thing with Sydney and Gonzo, I've even run around the house trying to get them to flap! The flapping is good exercise and I've done it to help my birds get some extra activity. This even resulted in Sydney learning to fly!

As long as Buzz is happy, I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Buzz is such a happy guy!!! He looks like he is having a blast! I don't see any reason for him to stop....in fact, it is really great interaction and teaches him to be okay with being handled in weird ways like that in case of an emergency. You guys are doing so great with him!!!

He's amazingly docile for a CAG.

I'D BE MISSING FINGERS IF I TRIED THAT WITH MINE!

Mine will step up, but does not like to be grabbed like that. Yours doesn't seem to mind at all.

The one with the flapping sounds like better exercise for the bird. As long as it doesn't stress him out... if the bird thinks it's play... then you're just playing.

If you're tormenting him, and he's just learned it doesn't do any good to protest... then that's something entirely different.

Quirky birds.

I've seen birds that enjoyed unusual games like this.

I won't be trying this with mine, though.

He looked pretty comfortable and trusting of his "driver." Did he pant after his flight run?

Being a CAG, you might teach him the various types of engine noises to mimic! The soft hum of a piston engine, the rough rumble of a radial engine. Probably too difficult to imitate the whine of a jet engine!

Buzz is really docile, as Mark suggested, many birds would not take kindly to such handling. Good for Buzz!!

That is so sweet. It looks like he's really bonded to your son. You can see your son really loves him too and is so gentle with him. My GCC allows my son, who is 8 hold her in ways that the rest of us can't.
