I would like to know if the scent of dried bay leaves is safe for cockatiels. I plan on putting dried bay leaves in satchels on the lower parts of the walls (unreachable) around the house to repel potential insects. Will the scent of the bay leaves affect the cockatiels? Additionally, I plan on putting fresh potted plants of rosemary, lemon balm, and spearmint in the house. Safe for our cockatiels?
