Pitcher plants and birds

First, let me explain my bird room. My birds are kept in a room with a closed door. They jave their own ventilation, and each bird has its own enclosure. They stay in their enclosure unless I am working with them, then they have free flight of the room if they shall please. I have a couch, a fish tank (enclosed and covered) and several live plants (ficus, dracaena, pothos). Basically with the exception of the fish, this entire room is dedicated to my birds, housing them and training them.

So now to my question: is it safe to include pitcher plants in this room knowing my birds are fully flighted and have (supervised) free roam of the room? For those that don't know, pitchers are carnivorous hanging plants. They eat bugs and the occasional small lizard.

Not sure about the pitcher plant, but I've seen pothos (devils ivy) on the toxic list.

I keep pothos with my delicate amphibians, but I will take that out tonight until I can make absolute sure. Thank you.

I don't know if they're poisonous, but I LOVE pitcher plants!!
Tried, but couldn't keep them. It needed a greenhouse environment, so I ended up giving it away to a Pitcher plant aficionado

I also very much enjoy pitchers. I've been keeping them for years, thus the desire to add them to my favorite room of the house.
