I'm downloading my Stinkerbucket stuff as fast as I can, but some of it is not downloadable. Not sure why and can't work out a rule or reason...

Are there any similar ticking time-bombs associated with Imgur????

Stuff you can't download from Chumbucket, try doing a google image search for the file name. I found one of your pictures that way.

OH, WOWWWWWWWWWWWW!
Genius, Ms. K.
Will do.
Good tip for us all...
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is causing chaos on forums across the Internet - 20 years of archives suddenly rendered useless by one company's greed. It's one thing changing terms going forward but making literally millions of old posts disappear is pretty disgraceful. My guess is that Photobucket are about to go under and this is a desperate hosedown of as many users as possible - if 5% of their members pay up it might be a welcome cash injection for the owners.

I'm using www.picload.org for the time being - I'm a big worried that so many people are defecting to Igmur it's going to cause problems over there as well. That said, I have an Amazon Prime account so I must take a look at that as well.

If you have Amazon Prime, don't delay - they give you unlimited storage of any size photos, no size restrictions like Google photos. The interface is confusing - I used the web interface and drag/drop. They also give you like 5 GB non-photo storage for movies and videos, etc. so be careful not to fill that up. At least if you get the photos over there you can always bring them back down and upload somewhere else.

Are the images that are not downloadable at least viewable? if so, would a basic image capturing device help, such as an iPad, iPhone or presumably any smartphone? Or try swiping the cursor while left-clicking to copy and paste from a PC and pasting the image elsewhere?

Whenever I want to easily capture a page, I just snap an image (internal, not with the camera) with the iPad or iPhone.
