I don't get too crazy trying to make stuff for Perjo, I usually jsut pick a fruit or veggie or two, chop them up and put them in a bowl for her, she usually eats it.
Last few weeks I have been getting a bit more creative and make this for her and she loves it, figured I would share.
Babay spinach
Bok Choy
Baby carrots (cooked or uncooked)
Pine nuts
Roasted soy bean
Flaxseeds
Roasted almonds
I chop up teh bok coy and baby spinach, then I just sprkinkle the flaxseed on it, ad small pieces of almonds and drop a few pine nuts and soy beans. It must be a great balance of flavor for her b/c she eats every bit of it. With out the flaxseed and soy beans she usually only eats a little of the greens.
I've tried to drop a piece of coconut oil in solid form in there and she stays away, I think the odor turns her away.
