Two days ago Louis started to poop a little bit more watery than usual and today I saw him pee twice with almost no poop in it. Besides that he poops normally. I wasn't concerned about watery poop because he eats fruit and vegetables but today he was eating only seeds. Should I start to panic?

The vet told me that changes in poop including dramatic changes in consistency are pretty serious and that a vet should be seen right away. Birds dont really pee, they dont deal with that kind of waste in the same way mammals do. Basically, protein in our food gets broken down into nitrogen waste which is toxic. We convert it into urea which is easily excreted as a fluid, but birds make uric acid, which is semi-solid. Even if he is eating a lot of wet food or drinking a lot, his waste shouldn't be all liquid.

For now, he made another really watery poop and now he makes pretty normal poops. A bit watery, yellow, but fine I guess. He is active and nothing more is wrong. But I guess I will call the vet tomorrow.

The yellow would concern me, as it "could" be an indicator of possibly something going on with his liver.

I've changed a little bit a seed mix and pooping is normal again. A bit lighter but normal. Louis is on a seed diet and I have 3 different types of mixed seeds. Couple days ago I started giving him another one, which I've stopped gving just because I forgot about it. I gave him the one he eats usually (the mixes are almost the same but still different) and poops are right now normal. Of course I will look at them still.
