Hi my little 10 month old female eclectus parrot is starting to show some early stage patchyness on her scalp, WHY HELP WHAT AM I DOING WRONG

Likely nothing, as most mid-to-larger Parrots have their first real molt around that age and patchy spots of body feathers is a common sign of that occurring. Just keep a watchful eye on her.
