Parrots in the Wild?

We were just down in Pass A Grill Florida, by St Pete Beach, we were eating at a restaurant outside and my daughter says, that sounds like lucky. We then saw 3 green parrots with black heads. here’s the best pic I could get. After I got this pic they flew away.
