Heyy
My amazon is flighted and even if he bites he wants to be al the time with me.
But, I canā€™t do ANYTHING, I walk 1 meter away from him he flies and come on my shoulder, my head or finger. (And he bites me of course).

Any idea of how to teach him to stay perched somewhere??

Station training, which is basically teaching him to "stay put". You reward him for staying where-ever it is you want him to stay. However, you also need to keep him pre-occupied with toys and foraging activities. It will take time, but it's doable!

What do you do when he flies to you (immediately after)?

I always try to put the hand in the middle so he puts in my hand, and I go and put him back where he was

Hmm...yea, sounds like station training is your best bet then.

If one of my bird flyā€™s to me when I donā€™t want the company I just duck/squat down and they fly back where they came from.

This made me laugh. So cute to picture! I'm reading this because I'm starting to have trouble with mine flying to me constantly or getting in trouble about the house. But no biting, just loves, biting really takes it up a notch for sure!

What they already said: pick a command (stay / anything you like) and keep repeating and repeating:
put the bird back, command, walk away
Do not forget to compliment -repeating your "stay-word" in the compliment (attention etc.) if the bird does stay put!

you can "cheat" a bit here:
You can use another command to teach him to fly to you!
If you see the bird *really, really* wants to come to you and you know there is no stopping it (it will *not* listen to you) ... use the come-to-me-command to "make" the bird do something it would have done anyway ... and reward that.

because once it knows/ recognizes the "come-to-me"-word, it is smart enough to figure out that the absence of the "come-to-me" word, means he is to stay put!
(especially if you teach him that as well, of course)

*Fly by invitation only
*Stay when you are told to stay

are 2 sides of the same coin:

1xtraining, double results ;)
