Parakeet questions

Alright, I already have some questions. I have had my parakeet for a couple of weeks now and she seems settled into her cage just fine. However if I get her out all she tries to do is fly back to her cage(her wings are clipped). She does not like to bath and as far as eating her veggies, well she likes to throw them on the bottom of her cage or outside of it I don't mind at all cleaning up after her, I just worry she is not getting the nutrients that I have read she needs. I also don't know if I should talk to her(people talk ) or whistle. I have read mixed reviews when it comes to female parakeets. I have so many questions and worries I feel like a new mom Can someone please give me some guidance!!

Hi! I have 6 budgies. Your budgie ( yes budgie. Parakeet is just a name for a long tailed parrot. ) may not talk or whistle if it is female. Can you post a picture of its cere? What diet was she on before you got her? If she was on all seed diet then you should have changed her diet to veggies slowly. Females do talk- people just assume the females do not talk or whistle-just not as much and they are harder to teach. Can you post a picture of her clipped wings?
