So I was looking at my friends parakeets and I said the one looks strange, his tail points straight down instead of out like the other one. I have seen him angle it out like normal but he usually sits with it pointed down. Is this normal or is there an issue? My friend said he’s always been like that but he’s only had them for a couple months.

My Amazons have always used their tail to maintain balance, especially when they are on a surface know to move about. Whether this is the same for Parakeets I have no what to know.
