Are Palm Nuts and Palm Nut Oil recommended just for Grey's? Maybe for a deficiency or other kind of health problem they would be more susceptible to?

No I read somewhere that Amazons are partial to them as well.

Also Gemini and Leo (tiels) are very partial the the nuts, I have to take some of the fleshy part off for them but they gulp them down.
