OWA unusual colors but why?

So I found this photo on Facebook in an Amazon group.
Never seen colors like this.
It could be a hybrid but of what? No Amazon species I know of has wing colors like that and the head appears to be pure OWA.

The other possibility is poor diet but It is very even.
This person lives in Poland.I believe.

I would want to ensure this bird doesn’t have any liver issues. That’s the first thing I think of when I see some dark feather yellowing. Otherwise, I wonder if it is some sort of pied for lutino coloration? He doesn’t have an overgrown beak but looks like the red flash colors on the wings and tail is toned down.

I always identify OWAs by their head and I don't see any reason why it would be a hybrid... more likely reason would be given by Heather - liver problems or some sort of mutation like pied

Looks like a breeder that is pushing extremes that boarders on or crashes dangerous lines as noted above regarding liver issues. From a natural prospective, the poor Parrot would never make the first season as blending in would be near impossible. From a breeder prospective an expensive and short life for the Parrot.
Never did like individuals that play such sick games for a moment or two of fame.

So far as I know it’s just an owner not breeder or anything.
But I was concerned the coloring might be due to poor diet.
I don’t know where in Poland and there might not be many avian specialists.
I did give them the recommendation to see a specialist.
Hopefully blood work would indicate if there was a problem.

That’s crazy looking. The wing colors are almost as odd as that screaming highlighter green wall paint.

For fun, here’s a comparison with Kirby’s very standard OWA coloration:

What is really throwing me is not only is the green impacted but you can see there is very little blue on the wing tips as well.

I don’t know that that is diet related… remember, we got Kirby with fatty liver and heart disease and severe vitamin A deficiency and his feathers were normal looking. He had had loooong term diet deficiencies. Here’s a shot of his wings not long after we got him:

Back to back photos do make him look more like a diluted lutino OWA.
I do hope the bird is healthy. It might not be easy to find an avian vet in Poland.

My greatest concern is that this vast change is likely far more serious than poor diet as example above by the photos of Kirby that had known fatty liver.
Since I am not in a position to confirm by beliefs, I will simply agree with Wes, that they will need an Avian Vet, with hope, one is available.

I did find this photo. If it’s not Photoshopped it could be the bird in question could be a Lutino OWA mix with a normal OWA

Just a small explanation: there's no such thing like "something between lutino and normal". When you cross two such birds, the offspring is either this or this, never between.
I think it's cinnamon mutation on the screenshot

Thanks Roz! I hope it isn’t a health thing and is just a weird feather mutation. I have to say though, I’m partial to the “original flavor” OWA coloring. The deep greens and blues with the splash of red is already gorgeous, why change anything?

I got In minor trouble with Facebook and the Amazon channel I got this pic from.
I had the gall to say I would take him in for a checkup.
apparently they considered that medical advice.
I decided I was better off without them.
So I guess if you want to bleach your amazon into unusual colors, that’s ok Just don’t say to have your bird seen by qualified vets.
