out of my two conures one runs away from my hands

my two conures are tamed but one runs from my hands, makes it hard to get into the cage. whats can i do?

Well I am infamous for being the most indulgent, helpless parrot owner around... my darling demon does what he pleases and I just c-c-c-cope!
But I have one hopeful thought... TIME, and PATIENCE ACCEPTANCE and LOVE.
Meanwhile, let's hope that some smarter behavior-modifiers will have some more specific thoughts.

Some birds, for no reason I can figure out, don't like hands. Even a hand raised bird can hate hands. I don't try to force my hands on hand haters. I use a stick perch to move them around and "hold" them. The more you try to force the hands on them the more they will bite them.
This is just my opinion. Right now I have 19 budgies (yup, too many) but I've had a cockatoo and a cockatiel in the past.
