Our new Harlequin Macaw

A few weeks back I asked all of you about what to expect adopting a Harlequin Macaw, Thanks for all the input and as of a week ago he has joined our flock. Please welcome Oscar.

Yes, I swoon over lots of birds, but I know how many I can handle
I actually saw 4 macaws at the bird store I frequent yesterday. Somebody was bringing them in for nails/wings. A scarlet, a greenwing, a BTM and a hy-hy. so beautiful! they let me pet the hy-hy while my boyfriend cowered from the beak
