Hi we have adopted a Indian ring neck she is a great bird but has just started to sneeze often and we are not sure what is causing this she some times is sitting and seems to like dry reach i thought this maybe from a blocked nose?? is any one able to help us on this.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum! Frequent sneezing could be an indication that your bird is sick. And if your bird is making a sound that resembles dry retching, that would worry me even more. While it's possible that there's actually nothing wrong, you should definitely take your bird to an avian vet right away. Sickness in birds can progress rapidly, and a quick response at the first sign of illness can often be the difference between life and death. Better to be safe, I think. Please keep us updated.
