OT: To all the others that got hailed on today!!!!

I was sooooooooooooooo mad when I got home today. Went out to eat with a friend, he came to pick me up at my house. It was storming like crazy and I saw hail everywhere, but they were marble sized hail. Came home I saw broken tree limbs and my trees and brushes were beaten down. I saw bunch of white stuffs on the ground, it was golf ball sized hail. It dented ALL over my hood and roof of my car. I was so mad....There goes $500 deductible....

Holy cow! I've NEVER seen hail like that in our neck of the woods. I'd be miffed too!

My husband is just leaving Wisconsin today (I know a bit far from you all) but I wonder if anything hit that neck of the woods...I haven't been able to contact him this morning to wish him a safe journey home.

MikeyTN...I know...a total bummer.

No hail here. Its been unbeliefabley cold for June. 70deg/45 deg brrr. The last time we had a big hail storm, hail repairers set up @ the auto dealerships. Unless its alot of damage, they can fix it fairly fast.

Yes, we are unseasonably cold here too!

Normally mid june we are in the 80's low 90's and "normally" have been for weeks, with all the kids anxious to get out of school to hit the river every day.

This year, it's barely breaking 55 F. each day

I have a feeling when the heat comes, we're going to be swealtering, although I do hope for the "happy medium"
