I have made oatmeal bread again for my boys.
This time with different seeds and with raisins.
You can also make it with vegetables, fruit, and/or nuts.
My boys love oatmeal bread!!!!!

20 grams of oatmeal > 100ml water
Of course you can also take 40 grams oatmeal with 200 ml of water.
Let it boil for about 4 minutes.
Beware that the whole is not going to boil over.
Take the pan from the heat and
add vegetables, nuts, fruit or whatever you want to,
and stir it well.
Put the mixture in a microwave dish and put it in the microwave for about 1 or 2 minutes at 800.
Then take it out, let cool off.
Cover the dish an put them for about 12 ours in the refrigerator.
After that you can take the oatmeal bread out of the dish, to reverse by the dish on a plate.
Now you can cut the oatmeal bread into pieces.
You can freeze it in portions.
I hope your babies enjoy it as much as mine does.

This will get first priority this week! Nigel will love it!

I think :33: Nigel is gonna like it to. :)
What I forgot to tell........ you can also sweeten the bread with stevia.

That looks like an awesome breakfast or snack! I'll have to try making it for Noah. It looks really simple to make, and you could do up a bunch of small batches with different fruits, veggies, etc., in them. It's definitely a good way to get picky eaters to eat their fruits and veggies :). I love how it looks like a yogurt bar or something!
