Does anyone else have a parrot that does this? My CAGs were eating grapes yesterday and I was trying to figure out why they weren't using their feet to hold the fruit, even though they were enjoying it so much. I realized that in the six months I've had them, they've hardly ever used their feet to hold things.
They will with nuts, but everything else just gets munched on until it drops. Is it possible that they don't like textures on their feet? Has anyone tried to train their birds to use them more?
