So the family woke up bright and early excited to go to the bird fair and get lots of good deals.... Only to find out the only venders we buy from weren't even there, AFTER we paid to get in. So I had to go online and buy the parrots some new toys. Grrr... Hopefully they will be there in November.

Our bird expo was supposed to be today, it was canceled and I waited all year long for it. It's always a bummer when things don't go the way you want!

Ours here are usually really lame, expect when the few venders I like come. Then I can stock up on lots of stuff. Its held in a tiny little VFW. When we lived in FL, OH MY those were AWESOME! Held in a huge warehouse. TONS of stuff. I miss that.

I'd love to go to a big expo sometime! We have one a year and it's dinky and small. But I still enjoy going because birds aren't really popular around here, and it's my one chance to have outside bird world contact, lol!

When I used to do saltwater tanks, we only have a once a year huge saltwater frag swap that my group does. I ended up getting the flu and could not attend and had a bunch of folks asking what happened and it was great and I missed out on all the free stuffs...UGH! LoL

Our bird expo is next month so I can't wait to attend, hopefully I won't get sick for this one. Cause my friends that holds the expo will be there and they expect me there....
