Northern Ireland Budgerigar Finch and Foreign Bird Show

Well at long last I got to go to my first Bird show on Sat Sep 17th and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Lots of Beautiful birds there mainly Budgies and Finches a few Love Birds and a couple of others and one Beautiful Starling whose colours wowed me completely. I have loads of pics of the show but Im not having much luck getting them uploaded to the photobucket app though I did upload them to another site just cant seem to be able to share them from there...I will try and put some through the photobucket site again and see if I get better luck. If I get them uploaded to photobucket successfully I will post them here. All the Birds there were being shown and none were for sale...just aswell too or I would have had the car full on the way home hee hee...sadly I will have to wait until next year to see another Bird Show.

Thanks Terry...it took a while longer to get a few pics up on Photobucket which for me seems soooo slow at uploading anything compared with fb...anyway finally got a couple of the pics uploaded to fb so will share them in the next couple of posts...sorry about the long wait but the fb link doesnt work to share it here...hope you are well Terry

For next year, try to find out what day they complete the Judging. Its very interesting, especially if there is a Judge that talks about the process and what drove his/her choices.

Bird Shows are falling out of favor in many parts of North America. So glad to hear that they are still popular in other parts of the World.
