Since we have a Macaw, we need extra, extra, extra heavy duty stainless clasps and rings. We usually get our from the big box stores (homedepot, lowes, or McMaster). I urge all bird owners to upgrade their toy hardware to something much heavier than you think your little feathered friend can destroy. Dont underestimate the power of the beak Some owners have had disastrous results from cheap hardware.
