HI everyone
As many of you guys suggested to go for a IRN chick 3 months old, I have got that few days back and things are pretty decent. He comes out of his cage by himself and goes inside. Always respond to whistle. Likes to sleep on my lap. Eats from my hand.
Few things I would like to learn are:
1. At what age I should start training and giving treat like sun flower seed.
2. He prefer to eat from my hand but now he thinks my hand as an edible lol. Whenever I bring my hand near him, he tries to bite it. Once or twice I twisted my finger a little then he started fearing my hand. What should I do about that.
3. How do I indulge him to play with me? His only interest is to eat and sleep.
4. He does not like to stay on my palm or finger. He jumps from it. What to do about that.
5. Sometimes he hides below the cage.
6. I am feeding him soft food now. Very little qty of banana. Bread & rusk after soaking in water. Gave boiled lentils once or twice and boiled potato once. What else should I feed him to complete his nutrition needs.
Looking forward to hearing from you
