:green:I am new to the Forum. I have an Amozon Blue Front and was wondering when he puts his beak into his feathers why he does that, is he sleeping or what. As this is my first Amozon everything is new, Thanks

Welcome!!!

When he sticks his head in his feathers, is he still or is he almost like "brushing" them with his beak?

If he's still, then, yes, he's asleep. If he's "brushing" them, the proper term for that is preening, which is self-grooming. Both behaviors i mentioned are perfectly normal, as long as he's not doing either too much.
